Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CORYM ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CORYM provides calendar-based operating intelligence for founders. The Service analyses your Google Calendar data (read-only) to generate execution audits, alignment reports, and operating briefs.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use this Service.

4. Account and Access

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You may connect one or more Google Calendar accounts. You must have authorization to grant access to any calendar you connect.

5. Google Calendar Access

• We request read-only access to your Google Calendar events.
• We do not create, modify, or delete any events on your calendar.
• You may revoke access at any time from your CORYM dashboard or from Google Account Permissions.

6. Payment and Billing

• Paid features require payment via Stripe. Prices are displayed before purchase.
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.
• Audit fees may be credited toward a membership upgrade as described at the time of purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, reports, algorithms, and branding associated with CORYM are our intellectual property. Your calendar data remains yours. We claim no ownership of your data.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
• Share account access with unauthorized users.
• Submit fraudulent or misleading information.

9. Limitation of Liability

CORYM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and revoke calendar access at any time. Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days upon request.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
